M16 Messier5-fach vergrößerter Ausschnitt aus meiner M16-Aufnahme: die Säulen der Schöpfung, jene Gas- und Staubtürme, die Hubble weltberühmt gemacht hat. Mit einem 30-mm-Smart-Teleskop sind sie nur wenige Dutzend Pixel groß – aber sie sind da, eingefangen vom eigenen Balkon aus.
